G&A Foundation Officially Established

G&A Foundation has been officially incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, marking a significant step in our mission to expand access to mental health and substance abuse services across the Bluegrass region.

Founded by Toni Gaines, LPCC, the foundation builds on the seven-year legacy of G&A Counseling, a behavioral health practice that has served the Richmond, Kentucky community through school-based mental health services and Targeted Case Management.

"For years, we have seen firsthand the gaps in behavioral health access across our region," said Toni Gaines, Founder and Executive Director. "G&A Foundation allows us to go further, pursuing grant funding and community partnerships to reach those who need help the most."

The foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors and will focus on three core program areas: school-based mental health expansion, substance abuse access, and community outreach and education.
